the high council members of the dwarven empire hold a meeting, and the origins of the orcs are explained. this is set ten years in the past.

harald (the main charecter) has a bad dream, and is then forced to go to a meeting that is badly guraded.

-interlude-
the troll king meets up with the orc king to discuss important matters.

-chapter three-
harald gets a vision of the very depths of the underworld, and the new king's important news is finally unearthed.
